Our 3D Rendering Process
Step One
First check set will be submitted for client approval. The Client will be responsible for making clear and concise revision notes and markups.
The purpose of this check set is for the Client to approve the building design accuracy and camera perspective. Revisions, notes, and markups are to be resubmitted within a 48 hour timeframe to maintain the project completion deadline.
While any corrections are being made, client will be required to supply the Company with building materials, colors, textures, environment lighting styles, and any other information that the Company requires to complete the project.
Step Two
Second check set will be submitted for Client approval. This set will have colors, textures, and lighting as agreed upon at the previous approval. This rendering will contain people, landscaping, lighting, and shadows, as specified by the Client.
Step Three
Any further modifications beyond the first two check sets will be subject to additional services, where pricing will be determined by the scope of revisions. The Client will be notified of charges prior to any work.
Step Four
Once the second check set has been approved, we will insert the Client’s logo, information, proper title, and resubmit to the Client for a final approval.
Step Five
After the final approval, the Client will be supplied with the final rendering and/or animation in digital format sized to the Client’s specifications. Final work will be sent via email (link to FTP site to be downloaded) and all data will be burned onto a Master CD and mailed to the Client if requested.
